Joanne Gifford has been employed at Fulmont Mutual Insurance Company since 1977. Her experiences as Administrative Assistant to the President and Senior Underwriter for many years gave Joanne extensive knowledge of the insurance industry and helped her gain broad experience through the day-to-day Company operation.

Gifford, a graduate of Fulton-Montgomery Community College, is a licensed New York State Insurance Agent. She has served as Assistant Treasurer and Underwriting Manager at Fulmont Mutual Insurance Company since 1986. She currently shares the marketing and agency development duties with Marketing Manager, Roger Weaver.

She is active in many community activities including church and school organizations and is a member of the Insurance Women of Fulton County.

Roger Weaver has been an employee of Fulmont Mutual Insurance Company since 1989. Currently Marketing Manager, Weaver joined Fulmont Mutual Insurance Company as a Loss Control specialist and Field Representative. Weaver splits his time between Marketing and Underwriting at Fulmont. He shares Agency Development and Marketing duties with Joanne Gifford.

Weaver, a graduate of State University of New York College at Oneonta, is a licensed New York State Insurance Agent. A former Major League Baseball pitcher, Weaver is active in various volunteer community activities. He is very active in coaching youth sports and is a regular participant in yearly youth baseball clinics.
